These Terms and Conditions explain how our trash can cleaning service works and what’s expected from both you (“Customer”) and us, Super Clean Bins of Alabama (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By signing up for our service, you agree to follow these terms.

1. About Our Service

We provide curbside trash can cleaning. Services are available as one-time cleanings or through recurring subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before your next billing cycle.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your service, just email us at [email protected], or call us at 256-375-3530 before your next scheduled service day. Cancellations received after 7:00 a.m. on the service day won’t be refunded.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To help things run smoothly: Place your trash and/or recycling cans at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the day of service. Make sure cans are empty and accessible from the street. Add our email to your contacts so you don’t miss important updates. We clean cans between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on scheduled days. We'll contact you before we come.

4. What We Can and Can’t Clean

We may skip your can(s) if they contain any of the following: More than one bag of trash or any bag over 25 lbs; Loose garbage, yard debris, diapers, or pet waste; Hazardous items like paint, oil, glue, or chemicals; Construction debris like concrete or plaster

5. Missed or Rescheduled Service

If you need to reschedule, just let us know before 7:00 a.m. on your cleaning day. We’ll roll your service to the next scheduled cycle.

If we arrive and can’t clean due to inaccessible or unqualified bins (e.g., full of trash), no refund will be issued. We’ll notify you by email about what happened.

If we miss your service for reasons on our end, we’ll either: Reschedule at the next available time, or credit your account for the missed cleaning.

6. Payments and Fees

By using our service, you agree to:

Pay the current pricing for your plan at the time you sign upLet us charge your credit/debit card on your billing schedule

We reserve the right to update our pricing. We’ll notify you by email or text if this happens. Continuing service means you accept the updated price.

If your payment fails or your card is declined, your service may be paused or canceled. Let us know if your billing info changes.

Early Cancellation Fee:

If you cancel a recurring plan after just one cleaning, we may charge the difference between your discounted rate and our regular one-time cleaning fee.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services missed due to:

Cans not being out on time

Bins containing uncleanable materials

Locked gates or blocked access

Refunds are only considered when we fail to deliver service and it's clearly our fault.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms occasionally to improve our service. Any changes will be posted on our website or emailed to you.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events out of our control (like extreme weather, road closures, or emergencies). If service is affected for 30 days or more due to such events, either party can end this agreement in writing.

10. Final Notes

This agreement replaces any previous understandings or verbal promises. If a part of it is found invalid, the rest still stands. Neither you nor we can transfer this agreement to another party without consent.
